 The Team
 
Arthur Christian MBA, Bsc (Hons), FARLA, MCMI holds the Certificate in Residential Property Management and has built up over 12 years experience with this firm after a full career in the Army.
 
Sandra Waite is our experienced and highly efficient accounts manager.   She has been with the firm for over 20 years.  She prides herself in transferring 90% of rents to landlords within 4 days of receiving them!
  
Anne Walker our talented Senior Negotiator has been over 16 years in the business with us.  She will always work hard to meet your needs and our objective of matching the right tenant with the right property for the benefit of our Landlords.
 
Ashley Bell came to us in early 2010 to bring a fresh dimension to the team.  A friend of the family and formerly a manager at Matalan he has some great IT and people skills that we value.
 
Mary Jenkins who worked with the family since 1991 took early retirement in early 2010.  She is very much missed by the team and by our regular clients but we keep her cup and saucer handy for the odd visit!
